Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DemoReady is operated by Sundrylab.ai LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the DemoReady website, web app, API and MCP server (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're authorized to.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password and API keys secret; you're responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you connect with an API key. Tell us promptly at hello@sundrylab.ai if you think your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. What you may record

DemoReady opens the web apps you point it at in a real browser, clicks and types as instructed, and records the result. You agree that:

• You will only record websites and apps that you own or are authorized to use and record in this way, and you'll respect their terms of use.
• Any logins or data you provide are test or demo credentials you're allowed to use. Anything typed during a recording appears in the video.
• Recordings run against the live app: records, messages or transactions the demo creates are really created. You're responsible for those effects; use a staging or demo environment.
• You won't use the Service to access systems without permission, collect other people's personal data, circumvent security, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or record or distribute unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.
• You won't attempt to disrupt the Service, exceed plan limits by technical means, or resell it without our written permission.

We may block URLs, suspend recordings or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

"Your content" means the URLs, stories, scripts, logins and sample data you provide, and the videos and screenshots the Service produces for you. You keep all rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending screenshots and page text to our AI providers (see our Privacy Policy). Videos you mark as shared can be watched by anyone with the link until you turn sharing off or delete them.

5. AI-generated output

Story ideas, scripts, narration and on-screen actions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review scripts before recording and videos before publishing; you're responsible for what you publish.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

• Single demos are one-time purchases of a demo credit. Each credit covers one demo, including the re-records and script rewrites stated at purchase. Credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Subscriptions (MCP, MCP Plus, Pro, Studio) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly allowances reset each month and don't roll over. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
• If a demo fails before its script or story ideas are produced (for example, the site can't be reached), the credit or allowance is returned automatically.
• Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us; we'll look at it in good faith.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for subscriptions; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we'll give reasonable notice and a chance to download your videos, and refund unused credits and the unused part of prepaid subscriptions.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this deletes your demos and videos and cancels any subscription immediately (unused credits are forfeited). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, including changes a recording makes in the apps you point it at. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, the apps you record, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims locally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, and ask you to accept the new terms in the app before you start new demos or purchases. We keep a record of each acceptance (the version, the time, and the IP address and browser it came from).
